  • The naturally exuberant flavors of the Black Muscat varietal are nowhere more evident than in our off-dry specialty Rose. A short and cool five day fermentation on the skins, then an extended twenty day cool fermentation before stopping at 3% residual sugar. this resulted in the classic muscat aromas of strawberry and grapefruits. The acidity balances well with the residual sugar leaving a nice crisp finish.
